The Same Old Mistakes

Intro
C

Verse
N.C. G
I'm making the same old mistakes
       F C
Got the same old heartaches
        G
Losing again, can't seem to win
       F G C
Jealous-hearted all the time
          G
You give me all the breaks
       F G C
And our love is so strong
      G
Still I treat you so wrong
          F G C
Making the same old mistakes

Chorus 1
C
   I love you so
          C7 F
I'd rather die than lose you
D7
   Just don't know
             G
The reason I abuse you
          G
I know you've been so true
     F C
But I only make you blue
          G
I can't explain things I do
          F G C
Making the same old mistakes

Chorus 2
C
   My tortured mind
             C7 F
Keeps telling me to doubt you
  D7
Still, my heart
                  G
Says I can't live without you
      G
So if I seem unfair
          F G C
Dear, it's only 'cause I care
        G
Making my own heartaches
          F G C
Making the same old mistakes
